Best Practices and Knowledge Sharing are one of the best reasons to stay with Infosys BPO. There is a lot more to learn.

Cons

I may not receive salary as per market standard or may not get promotions like i would have got anywhere else. And employers sometimes shows the distraction and doesn't praise a good work. Although favoritism never dies, so people get the compliments from management for doing nothing.
