Infosys Senior Web Developer reviews

I've been working with Infosys for the past 3 years and no matter how hard you work and what accomplishment you make, they never appreciate it. For the past 3 years, I never got a dime for bonus. My payroll stayed same, and they never raise US employee's payroll. There is no diversity here at all. They hire 99% Indians and to keep the public face, sometimes they hire other people which is less or about 1%. No work and life balance and most of the times I work from 9am to 11pm to even 1am.

favorism and even if you work hard you might not get the desired recognition and salaries are very less.
