In Gurgaon, they have a single client with very good reputation and brand, if any point of time client feels you are not suiting his needs you'll be fired. At the time of interview, They don't even let you know that its a 3rd party job once you'll join you will get the clear picture. Its a 3rd party contractor type job, where you'll have no self respect, will be discriminated. If you are an experienced person you can get any designation you want but you'll be same as the rest of people doing the menial job. Whatever you'll do doesn't require any specific skills, forget about learning anything new. and believe after spending 2-3 years you won't be able to get any hike cause of your no skills improvement. No medical, health or accidental benefit. If you decide to leave the company forget the full and final settlement. Infotech Global will adjust all the remaining salary to 'Notice period compensation'. you'll get nothing. Infotech Global is being operated by a bunch of looters
