Pros

Opportunity to learn for freshers but for experienced scopes are limited & no more initiatives taken by management for employees growth. If you can do buttering & have good connections with seniors & management then u will go higher & higher without doing any work.

Cons

No learning, No Training & Development Plans, No employee engagement. Many times you have to do out of scope work & have no choice. Lots of bullying & bashing by Seniors. If you are loyal & simple then you have to suffer a lot & no expectations from anybody.

Pros

Employees who have just joined the company as freshers or experienced people who have been appointed for a role for which they don't have much of experience would get ample opportunities to enhance their learning curve in short duration. HR department is friendly.

Cons

Work life balance is affected during peak seasons. Some of the cost cutting measures adopted by the company are absolutely unnecessary and should be avoided.
