      1. HR Team is pretty chill. 2. Employees are nice. 3. Nice Work-Life Balance except for some teams.

      Cons

      1. Vacation Policy should be improved. 2. There are some teams with no work-life balance. 3. Some Delivery Managers are ruthless and should be kept in check by HR and Management.

      Pros

      Infovity is a great company and good work culture. Lot of cloud projects with advanced technologies using OIC,OCI,VBCS and PCS. Especially HR policies are very good and nice company. Pay also very good.

      Cons

      No concerns about the company.
