Pros
The well established company culture is noticable along with the people, very transparent, polite and clever. Also, the management is good, especially in the office in Sofia. Another great positive are the well established work processes, everything is well structured, clear and understanble. Infragistics is a great place to start your career, it gives you clear career path definition, knowledge sharing practicies and cutting edge technologies. The teams collaborate effectively and the company products provide all the necessary means when it comes to solving a variety of problems. There is an Open PTO concept, that gives you unlimited payed time off. Of course in a considered manner with your colleagues and direct manager. Here is good to mention the work/life balance as well.
Cons
The salaries are not competitive and there is no bonus structure of any type.

• Flexible working hours • Remote working / Working from home • Overall good work-life balance • Free coffee and fruits in the kitchens
Cons
• Some of the middle management is poor and in need of further training or replacement • Senior management is very disconnected from the employees and the customer base • Senior management does tend to play favorites when it comes to departments • Incompetent management can be in place for years • The company does not put much trust in their "Subject Matter Experts," this translates to a lot of micro managing • Terrible management over the past few years • Below the average payment • Company is declining rapidly due to poor business decisions
