Pros

The best thing about Infragistics are its people. It's like one big family where everyone supports one another and everyone is willing to help you. The management takes good care of the employees. Additionally I've never seen a person who doesn't enjoy doing their job and I think this is due to the fact that people are carefully cherry picked.

Cons

There are a lot of tasks that need to be completed and sometimes there isn't enough time. We could do a better job of planning our tasks.

1. I am really happy to work with so many smart, talented and motivated people. The company employees are the greatest Pros* here. 2. As a smaller company the scope of the job description is a bit richer but that gives opportunity to develop new skills and grow as a professional. 3. Open PTO rocks. n+ pto days is superb. 4. Gathering many smart guys at one place is not always a good idea. I am very delighted to see how respectful and friendly is the environment in the office. 5. Overall a great work environment and adding the freedom that management is providing. 6. My general observations is that personal achievements and taking the extra mile are almost always recognized.

Cons

1. At first glance the communication between departments, HR and company organization looks a bit chaotic. 2. The office in Sofia could be renovated. 3. Open PTO is great but the additional employees benefits could be revised.
