If you're an innovator and have an idea for the development of a product - you're encouraged and also recognized for your input. It's a neat place for personal development - training, talking to professionals, working together to create as great a project as you can imagine together. Your fellow employees are super friendly, team leads are always there to help and advise, and administration actually wants your input and is happy to assist. If you're in for the benefits and teambuildings - you're also covered.

Cons

If you absolutely need to be in an office in the center of the city, that's not your place.

Great environment in the Sofia office with strong engineering focus. Good work-life balance outside the twice-per-year release times. Excellent advancement opportunities for young tech graduates.

Cons

Stagnating business niche with limited growth that also limits career opportunities for more senior folks.
