Infratech is a small company, so employees must be willing to wear multiple hats (this is not always a negative). We are competing with multi-billion dollar companies, which can make it difficult to obtain and keep the best employees.

Hard physical outdoor work, can require travel at times, potentially hazardous work if you are not safety minded, Benefits (Family Health Insurance) could use some tweaking (cost) such as larger contribution by employer.
