Need to separate paid time off and sick leave such as 10 days sick leave and 10 days PTO totalling 20 days a year. Not 10 days total a year for both. That's impossible. Need more control over bullying in the workplace. Lost a lot of good employees because of that. You would think a company would want to be represented by employees who were hardworking and knew how to do their job. Not by those employees who were mean and pushed the good ones out.

on site managers are terrible. Will fire you in a heartbeat just to keep the contract if upper GS wants you gone. Doesn't matter if you are in the right. No raises or bonuses ever!!!! Health insurance premiums are horrible. H&W benefits doesn't even cover the premiums.
