Pros

This is a contract with government so my daily dealings are with wonderful and smart people. The job its self is great and I'd stay forever if I could.

Cons

This company has changed the terms of the contract several times under the guise that it's for our benefit. Lowering health and welfare benefits to justify giving employees 8 hours of personal time, therefore increasing the amount we pay for healthcare on each check just to be given 1 day to live outside of work. It doesn't balance out in my opinion. We had to choose...higher health and welfare the government minimum...
