Pros
Pay rate per hour is great. Loved the location where I worked.
Cons
Need to separate paid time off and sick leave such as 10 days sick leave and 10 days PTO totalling 20 days a year. Not 10 days total a year for both. That's impossible. Need more control over bullying in the workplace. Lost a lot of good employees because of that. You would think a company would want to be represented by employees who were hardworking and knew how to do their job. Not by those employees who were mean and pushed the good ones out.
