Employees are a great group of people who care about our patients. The leaders in the organization truly put our patients first and drive a culture of compassion and humility while the company is expanding and growing. The growth that is coming, is exciting!

I've been with Infusion for Health for almost six years, and it's been incredible to see the company grow from a single location to more than 70 sites. That kind of growth creates tremendous opportunities for employees who are looking to take on new challenges, develop new skills, and advance their careers. The people are one of the company's greatest strengths—we have talented, hardworking team members and supportive leaders who genuinely care about the mission and the patients we serve. If you're someone who enjoys building processes, solving problems, and making an impact, you'll find plenty of opportunities here.

Cons

This is a very fast-paced, high-growth organization, and when I say fast-paced, I truly mean it. Priorities can shift quickly as the company continues to expand, so it's important to be adaptable, organized, and comfortable working in an environment where change is constant. If you thrive in structure and predictability, this pace may be challenging. However, for those who enjoy growth and are excited by new opportunities, it can be an incredibly rewarding place to build a career.
