Pros
Coworkers are fantastic. Some of the greatest people I've ever met.
Cons
Management seems to think that employees don't have lives outside of work. Taking any amount of leave (even for doctor appointments) is near impossible. You have to basically negotiate and barter for any time off. You earn "time off" coins, but you can never use them. However, management has been known to take time off even after they tell you that no one is allowed to take any leave due to "understaffing". Pay is incredibly low for the amount of stress, and there is no moving up. You'll be stuck in the same position and title. Members can be rude, mean, and very demanding. Management never supports you in regards to this. You'll be hung out to dry for politely standing up for yourself. The only saving grace is the fact that you'll be working with some really great people. They're stressed out too though, so it's no wonder that the turn over rate is so high. Save yourself that hassle and stress. Just apply at Navy Federal. Better benefits, better pay, better hours.
