It's a stepping stone. "No work no pay no play".

Cons

Extremely hot for production & maintenance. Fast paced. At least 1 coworker will pass out every Summer from heat exhaustion. You breathe plastic powder all day with a respirator or not. You will have some gnarly phelm built up in your nose by the end of the day...not mentioning long term health effects. Hardly time to use the restroom when working certain machines. 30min unpaid lunch. Benefits are below average. Managment & operation ideas are constantly changing.
