The advantage is the field of activity (renewable energies), that is a growing market, but there are other companies I would recommend before Ingeteam, in the same field.

Cons

Extremely high turnover, and no training on processes, which lead to a lot of confusion and no hystoric memories, which is a great malus while handling projects, which require a deep knowledge of any aspect of them. Some people of the management are not only untrustworthy on professional level, but also often inappropriate on personal level, especially considering they also handle HR functions.
