Very friendly environment and people-person culture. Decent benefits and the work is not difficult. You can gain many technical skills if you are looking to move into the IT field and make it known that you have the aptitude for it.

Cons

Opportunities feel promising but limited, and everyday becomes very repetitive. Very little incentives so its tough to move your way up or sometimes meet management's expectations. Needs better wages & bonuses for a company that deals with Data Management and Asset Quality Control.
