"Mixed Bag: Great Pay, Poor Everything Else"

Pros

Competitive salary package offered upon joining. Decent training provided upon joining. Colleagues are supportive and friendly (excluding managers). Good work life balance

Cons

Steep learning curve makes it challenging to adapt and grow within the company. Nonexistent canteen facilities. Incompetent manager displaying abysmal management/leadership skills, fostering favoritism within the team. Discrepancies in hikes and opportunities, evident favoritism. HR department is utterly useless, Poor office infrastructure further exacerbates working conditions. Be ready to be played even if you don't play.
