Pay was decent. People were nice. Glad to be out of there!

Cons

I should have listened to the reviews. They definitely overwork their employees. One of the longtime employee survives on THREE hours sleep a night. They set unreasonable and unfair job expectations. The place is a shark tank mostly. There is little support or training. You are on your own. Beware, that unless you thrive in high stress environments you WILL wash out.

central location and easy to reach office (public transport)

Cons

-old systems, old equipment, old furniture (it take months to get a new chair) -intolerant management ("if you don't like my decision, you are free to leave"-type of negotiation) -old way of thinking (participating in conventions, exhibitions, fairs, conferences etc is a waste of time and money) -no real education (except the few online trainings about code of conduct, CSR etc and maybe an MS Excel training for a day) -flat hierarchy and management "brotherhood" prevents from making a career, no room for improvement except to leave the company

Goal oriented work enviornment Internal Promotions Those who leave here tend to come back for more once they get a second look at what other places are like.

Cons

Moving up in rank can often mean moving accross the country. The company is also sometimes so big that we can't seem to get out of our own way.
