product knowledge provided. I can't think of any other pro
Cons
a lot of grouping and internal politics. hardwork is not rewarded with career progression. the organization doesn't look after employees and their careers. a lot of racism around you. managers are not well educated. salary is very low. heavy internal politics. stern faced and unfriendly people. people get sacked on short notice, with no proper reason. uneven distribution of work load.
