Pros

benefits are pretty good. Salary competitive. I think they try.

Cons

HR is kind of shady --and very mixed messages about the "return to office". Very silo-ed, kind of depressing culture.

Pros

Good benefits but comparable to any company

Cons

Low Salary to start and low raises if any. Local Irvine long term managers were really just supervisors and puppets to upper mgt and had little knowledge of current marketing tactics. Everything was based on how much you charged the vendors and could BS on results.
