Pros

The money is ok... Nothing to brag about

Cons

They care more about their $$ then their employees. Point system is worthless and the 12 hr days 7 days a week is non sense and no time off during the 4 mnth period

Depends on the group you are working in

Pros

Great people, reasonable hours, global business

Cons

Little opportunity for promotion, almost all Exec Directors, VPs, etc., are brought in from the outside. Also, you can't be a manager with less than 6 direct reports, therefore, if you are on a team of less than 12 people, you will never get the opportunity to move up to manager on that team. They go through layoffs every few years...they expand, decide they've expanded too much, and then contract.

Pros

Good Benefits. Depending on the line of business there are good opportunities for commission/bonuses

Cons

Culture in some areas is dog-eat-dog. Managers either micro-manage or don't manage at all.
