Pros

Great perks such as an on-site fitness center. A lot of team building exercises which is actually fun.

Cons

Everyone spends too much time patting themselves in their backs about the business that was handed to them. The upper management have no real world selling experience because they tend to hire people straight out of college, underpay them which in the long run hurts the business. They need to bring in people with experience not just a college degree.

Cons

Margins are coming down and company is seeking to find where technology is headed buying other companies, systems are very outdated and it is quite difficult to get the financial information on a consolidated basis.
