Pros

A lot of people who work there have heart. They work their butts off to ensure that the customer is happy. The OPS and Planning team did a very good job with current systems

Cons

Upper management/ executive teams always stayed at odds. Team work was a thing of the past when new management arrived. Constant pointing of fingers. No WMS

Pros

Flexibility. In certain departments, there is a lot of flexibility including working remote and making your own schedule with certain guidelines.

Cons

Culture. With a huge company like Ingram Micro, no one takes the time to understand what another person does. At the end of the day, we all feed into the same number but departments fight departments and even associates within the same department can't see eye to eye on how to do business. There is no set standard on how to go to market and it pits employees against each other.
