- Life is miserable inside company and between units - No humanity from local management when dealing with employees - lots of discriminations based in your loyalty to management - Salaries are far below market average - No clear vision - No relation between global Ingram Micro and this entity! - People are getting fired in minutes with no investigation - Very bad reputation in local market
