Pros

There are many skills to be attained while working there if your career is SALES driven. Many, if not most, IT products/services vendors have a relationship with Ingram and one has the ability to develop relationships with those vendors and eventually work for them. That is where the payoff is and the big money. If you work in sales for Ingram your career is a golden path. Easiest sales gig out there.

Cons

Super corporate in that there are constantly meetings about nothing and everything. Most of them a complete waste of time and productivity even though they will have you believe they are absolutely necessary. Typically about 4 hours a week which is 10% of your time and not supposed to affect your productivity. For one of the time wasting big meetings for the entire building, North American VP (or President, don't remember which one it was) started the meeting by showing off his boat (it was a small yacht) and family saying how he likes to play hard because he works hard. EXTREMELY inappropriate and unprofessional.
