Pros

Career development is one thing I will forever appreciate ingredion for, though I really worked for it under the banner of corn products. The professional technical skills i acquired continue to help not only my current employer where i advice top leadership on quality assurance strategies but my country as well where I am consulted on this subject matter.

Cons

Inadequate monitoring and evaluation of performance for affiliates far flung from the headquarters is something I really did not like at then CPI for this could make a facility where leadership was not very strong to go down for good to the disadvantage of various stakeholders - staff and shareholders.
