Pros

The majority of people at the company are polite, friendly, and very experienced Very low turn-over rate Very stable environment

Cons

Awful hiring policies, often trying to low-ball the position of the applicant Awful upward movement (2y minimum of work before each promotion) Benefits are pretty average, bordering low end

Good opportunity, but company should be more together

Pros

Some very hard working members in each department. Good benefits and competitive salary for entry level positions. Provided a few avenues for growth

Cons

Quite a few people in positions that they are not prepared for (from a managerial and basic skill set standpoint). No type of emphasis on employee morale besides a few generic food opportunities and outings. Top management seems extremely disconnected from pressing issues. Training and business process was all over the place
