Pros

It can be a pro, it can be a con, but they will work you like a slave so you will get a lot of hours. Decent healthcare Job isn't that hard Good overtime pay

Cons

They will work you like a slave. For starters, you work a 7 day work week, not a 5. So you work 7 days, get two days off. Then it someone calls off, you will mandatorily get held over to cover their shift. If you work 2-10 and someone calls off at 9:59 you will get told you have to stay over. Then you work with the laziest guys ever that all get FMLA. They will call off all the time without getting disciplined for it and if you get exhausted from them calling off all the time and getting held over on 16 hour shifts, you will get fired and they don't get a point for calling off because they used FMLA. We have a guy that's called off around 80x this year with zero call offs, meanwhile if I call off from being exhausted I get in trouble. So the people that actually show up to work get screwed over while the lazy people benefit. It's the worst atmosphere ever, but if you like long hours, overtime, and constant 16 hour shifts then this place is for you. You will not have a life though.
