      Pros

      The company itself seems to care about it’s employees and is forward thinking.

      Cons

      Current contract has “old school” leadership that is pretty disorganized and hires ABMs who are not foot leaders

      Pros

      Really nice office in a beautiful part of Manchester. Office comes with parking, which is hard to get in the city centre. Everyone is very professional and friendly.

      Cons

      No room for progression whatsoever and there’s a lot of favouritism going on. Only a few get recognition for all the hard work and effort that’s contributed by everyone. Wages are average. It’s turned into a corporate money machine and lost its personal touch. Staff are overworked and stressed and feel like a number on a seat. It’s was a perfect place to work initially, when it was TCEG. The central services have been broken down for parts and no one feels safe in their jobs now. Incentives are almost nonexistent

      There is a lot of flexibility, benefits are good, and a good amount of opportunity for advancement

      Cons

      The pay is not as competitive and no opportunity for bonuses (if there is, it is very rare)
