This is the most frustrating and inefficient company I have ever worked for. No one knows what they're doing most of the time and a SIMPLE TASK takes multiple business days to complete. There's no company culture and very much an attitude of " that's not my job" and hostility towards coworkers. I have only worked here for a little over a month, and week one I was already applying else where. You'd think such a big company would have really good benefits and pay well, but they are mediocre at best. Would not recommend.

Disconnected upper management, they continuously take away perks of working here (holiday parties, bonuses, half day Fridays). Timelines for projects too tight, no accountability, departments pitted against each other. You can work here for years with no review or raise. They'll hire externally before they promote someone internally.
