Used to be a good place to work before the merger, now everything is about cutting costs and if you’re not at 90% of targets, your job is at risk. No real support from upper management. No raises after 1+ years of service. Low wages, way below market rate. Entry level title with no development or room for advancement.

The way they check quality sucks, call scores are all it's about, despite the customer's experience. If you are not super focused on details, you will fail at this job. They care more about making it difficult to succeed, then they do about actual patient experience. This creates a disconnect between the supportive management and quality assurance. The pay is not worth the mental strain you have from always trying to reach this goal. In a lot of states they are only paying $1 above minimum wage. They also look to hire in places where minimum wage is much less so they can offer $17/hr and act like that's a good pay. This is quite disturbing because this company makes billions of dollars and brags about how well they do, while their employees can barely afford groceries.
