High turnover of staff Unprofessional inexperienced individuals in lead/managerial roles Culture of Blame/Fear and Bullying throughout/ Toxic They lie to clients !! Concerns regarding patient safety left unaddressed Not a care in the world about staff mental health or wellbeing
