Inizio is a corporate mess. It is a merger of many agencies, which has resulted in a loss of culture and values. In Inizio Engage, Inzio XD has no leadership, poor team culture, with a focus on profits not people. Most teams work in silos. It's full of corporate jargon, XD, px cx, it is overly complex. People who leave are shoved under the carpet with no respect. Agencies such as Px cx / axiom are visionless- run by corporate strategists. WRG is the only saving grace. Benefits are terrible. Poor maternity leave.

Ownership of the company is constantly evolving, and the pace of change can be unnerving at times.
