Pros

None so don’t even consider applying.

Cons

The training environment was extremely overwhelming and lacked structure. New hires were expected to absorb complex information at a very fast pace without adequate explanation or context. • Asking questions often felt discouraged due to impatient or dismissive responses, which created anxiety and made it difficult to build confidence in the role. • New employees were pulled out of mandatory orientation sessions, which caused confusion and nearly resulted in missed compliance deadlines. • Workload expectations and time boundaries were unclear. There were moments where after-hours work felt indirectly pressured despite being described as voluntary. • Overall, the culture did not feel supportive or psychologically safe for learning. The environment created stress, self-doubt, and unnecessary pressure instead of fostering growth.

Pros

Nothing at all. Leaving the company is the best decision I’ve made.

Cons

The finance department has a very toxic work culture. Work-life balance is nonexistent. I was rarely able to leave by 5 PM, and during month-end close, I often worked until 9 PM. My manager had an issue if I didn’t get her permission to leave. She assigned me work after 5 PM and even messaged me over the weekend. Onboarding was non existent but Micromanagement was constant. You are not provided with any formal training. My manager called at random times throughout the day, disregarded boundaries, and created an anxiety-inducing environment. Gossip and favoritism were common, and professionalism was lacking. Rather than supporting her team, she often shifted blame to analysts to protect her own image with leadership. Overall, this was one of the most stressful and unhealthy work experiences I’ve had.

Pros

Good people and strive for work/life balance

Cons

Leadership doesn't value their employees and only cares about making money. A lot of people who have been at the company for years are dropping like flies.
