      Pros

      If you have a good manager and contract company then everything is good. Know what you are getting into with contracts if you haven't done it before

      Cons

      pay is low because its contract work and Inizio takes money off the top, but thats to be expected. Your contract time is dependent on the company you're hired for and there is never a guarantee your contract will continue or you will become a regular hire at the contracted company.
