      Nice culture and good progression opportunities

      Pros

      Nice company culture, management generally good with benefits/promotions etc. Lots of opportunities to move teams/roles and management are normally supportive of that.

      Cons

      Quite a lot of after hours work is expected, often teams rely on individuals working longer days just to keep things on track. Since merging into a bigger company, there is a more corporate atmosphere and less interaction with senior leadership.

      Pros

      WFH is very flexible - as long as you get your work done, thats what matters. people are really understanding of appointments, kids, life, etc.

      Cons

      ever since becoming global, you work with people all over the world and it can be hard to set boundaries about how early/how late you can work and managing work life balance, especially at an agency
