Doesn’t value retaining employees If you stay here for years you’ll only be making a couple cents over the new hires Not treated like a human Management doesn’t value feedback Metrics are unattainable and if you are out sick for one day you will be behind for weeks trying to catch up on calls Graded calls are very subjective. They will knit pick every call you do and make you feel like you are always doing something wrong even when patients tell you how much you help them and appreciate talking to you. If you stay on the same project for years you’ll have over 500 patients you’re assigned to vs the newer people have half and get paid the same as you.

Low pay/raises. Your new rate with an increase becomes the new hire rate. Leadership does not listen to the employees Leadership demeans their employees Work more than one program with different requirements and a low salary Management does not care about the patients, just meeting the client's call expectations. Training is lacking Company cares about numbers and not the people. HR makes excuses for the lack of integrity of leadership.
