There is probably not enough space to fully get this across. Leadership is as toxic as they come. More so than just the norm of being in a nursing environment. They put people in leadership that have no clue nor do they want to learn about your program. They will micromanage the hell out of you, down to every 15 minutes a day. Change what they say almost daily as far as procedures etc. all of which have nothing to do with the actual client you work for. Then continue to say they never said that. Are extremely unprofessional. Try to keep you quiet and threaten you if you don’t keep quiet. They are money hungry and will do anything to get new contracts with pharmaceutical companies all at your expense. They do NOT live up to their culture they preach. Do NOT recognize accomplishments. But yet will say they support you and you need to trust them. They make it impossible to get your bonus. Run, away from getting into this trap.
