A constant push only to sell more. No focus on excellence, no focus on delighting customers. Just a focus on selling more to create a scenario with the private equity company can sell the company. The culture is awful. It's a terrible place to work. The Medical division are backstabbers. The leadership is weak. They react and flinch to all internal complaints and have zero spine. The new leader of the enterprise engagement team doesn't have an inkling on how to sell any of the services and has next to no customer relationships. Bringing him to see customers is a huge mistake.
