      Pros

      The working place (remote work) is wonderful, you get a lot of freedom (holiday, when you want to leave, or start etc.) the only part is the salary.

      Cons

      You must negotiate your salary very well at the beginning, otherwise you might end up having the same salary for years. also, growth opportunities is low, but if you show yourself and take initiatives, you 'might' get recognized and next to that, the job growth is slow.
