      Pros

      Work-life balance is prioritized. The ability to grow in your career is unmatched and encouraged. The pay is very good.

      Pros

      My line manager at the time (and senior mgmt / and most of the employees there) were very invested in me - it was my first job in the industry and they were so patient and taught me loads of skills I still value to this day. They wanted me to succeed and put me forward for opportunities. The culture was super friendly with lots of organised office activities and meetups.

      Cons

      The salary was not a lot to brag about, but it was my first job out of University and I didn't have much to compare it against or have a lot of negotiating power!
