Underpaid and Worst Experience

Pros

Flexible Work schedule. Nothing more to say.

Cons

1. Working for this company was a letdown. They hire and fire people a lot, making the environment stressful. The organization is a mess, and the training they provide is not helpful. The worst part is how they blame everything on the employees instead of fixing their own problems. It feels like they see us as replaceable, not caring about our well-being. I tried talking to a senior manager about it, but they didn't care either. Overall, it's not a good place to work. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone because they care more about making money than treating their employees well. 2. Less Pay

The pay is ridiculously low for the type of work they want you to do and the pressure the place on results
