Been here over 11 years, and loved every minute of it. Lot's of creative freedom, great people, very fun and friendly culture. A family oriented company, they always recognize the importance of and take care of their employees.
Laid back work environment but serious about creating the highest quality ink and ink services in the industry. Definitely holds employees to a higher standard when it comes to making sure they exceed customer expectations in service and support.
Cons
Need to be able to work without supervision. Management has a hands-off approach and this can be challenging sometimes.
