It's a job. If you kiss the right butt, you get promoted
Cons
It is a really chill environment, but the floor support has the worse attitudes, and when you say something about management make excuses for the attitude instead of correcting them. Some sup smoke weed with workers. Worker openly talks about fraud, they have commented since being at Inktel, nothing is done. Csr has cell phones, food, drinks and everything else on the floor and nothing is done...... And the worse they focus more on Quantity then Quality....
