Pros

Made Great friendships with Employees & "Some" TL's. Thats about the only good thing.

Cons

Poor Choice for Hiring If they would hire people with actual work ethics maybe the turnover rate wouldn't be so high. They are ALWAYS hiring and new classes are every other week for different accounts. It doesn't take these people long to see what a horrible company this is. The place is Loud, Ratchet & DRAMA! Theres limited stalls in the womens bathrooms. They are always filthy. You have dirty females leaving the stalls funky. They always close off stalls. No wonders the Janitor doesn't want to clean & is always naggin. Cant blame him id hate to see how your own home looks. Management....Dictataor ship....Fake...Rude...& NO RESPECT for employees. Thats Supervisors to be exact. Most importantly PAY could be so much better. For everything you deal with. $10.00 Its not the job its self thats worth complaining abou..its the COMPANY. Inktel could use ALOT of room for improvement. They have lost a good employee. C-ya Never!! But my true few.

Pros

Holiday pay if you're hired in. Paid time off as well, but it takes 3 pay checks (a month and a half to get a single day off).

Cons

Some rude supervisors. They will intentionally ignore you, start a conversation with another person while your speaking to them, or talk down to you like you're incapable of thinking. Stealing time. Check your hours daily! The office manager has a habit. FYI, you must make up time if they're system issues and they happen often. Power hours. If customer satisfaction is low or the call volume is high, forget about taking a break. You must clock out. 24-minute break per 8-hour shift. Lack of rewards. It varies from time to time, but most of the time you either get nothing or one piece of candy. Time management. They will log you out even if you're using the correct auxiliaries, but think you're in there too long. Shouting announcements while you're on the phone. Filthy working conditions. Some coworkers are less than clean. You get paid $10 an hour to do a lot of work. High turnover rate, they're always hiring.

Pros

Good work environment. Base pay was OK but plenty of opportunities for commission. Had several different projects. Room for advancement.

Cons

None I can think of.
