They do not make their employees happy. The company does not genuinely care for the success of their employees and puts too much pressure on those who are more than willing to go above and beyond the line of duty. Compared to other companies in the industry, they truly under pay their employees in all departments and do little to show any gratitude for the hard work and dedication given by their devoted team members. Attrition is always high and so many new people are always being hired because they can never keep a good employee for more than a few months before they get tired of being taken advantage of.
