      The site manager seems to have standards and expectations but the subordinates fail to maintain his example

      You get what you pay for. Their standard is non existent. The supervisors and floor support are not model employees and some participate in unsavory conversation and the language is indicative of those that do not have an understanding of the English language. They did not provide accurate information throughout the hiring process pertaining to the shifts that we were hired for. The trainers struggled to control the classroom and the training left much to be desired. Start up business ran by those who do not have the skills to foster growth. Professionalism and quality is inconsistent

      Fun environment to work in.

      Cons

      No overtime, the calls are mostly angry callers, they switch you to different accounts without notice.
