None really, easy job interview

Cons

You are hired full time but never receive 80 hours in 2 weeks. You have to purchase your own headphones which they take out of your check at a cost of $80.00. If the customers don't complete the survey you are held accountable and let go before you 90 day period with the excuse of your scores being low. Missing hours from your paycheck and horrible training. Also everyone makes $10.00 per hour even the Team leads. No raises are given ever!

No recognition No compassion No support from management Terrible office space Terrible break room Pay is less than most in the industry Bonuses are hard to earn Taking your time to help someone is held against you They offer to promote you then hire out My benefits never populated in my self service account and I had to wait till the next open enrollment They want you to do more work for the same pay Team leads don't get a raise upon promotion
