Pros

Decent pay. The potential for advancement is there IF all of the previous people who are taking supervisor calls are leaving like when I was there and that's IF your team lead has the time to train you. If they have enough people to take the calls get comfy at you position.

Cons

Too many people not enough functioning computers. A lot of the people who they hire are extremely childish its like being in high school all over again. That's also how the team leads treat you with ridiculous rules.

Pros

They do not micro manage their employees and they trust that they will make the right decision. They give the customer service reps. incentives. Conduct power hours for to motivate sales for an hour or two

Cons

Truthfully the only con is that the incentives and power hours are not extended at the supervisor level to reward us for the hard work we are completing closing deals for the agents with the callers and making that sale possible
